Before starting the design drawings, we met with our client on-site to review layout options for each room. Engaging in these early discussions with both the client and their construction team—particularly during a larger refurbishment—is essential. This ensures that our design not only aligns with the client's expectations but is also fully coordinated with other works being carried out simultaneously.

Following the site survey, we produced detailed layout drawings showing cable routes and loudspeaker positions, providing a clear framework for both our team and the construction team to follow during the installation process.

The initial phase of work involves installing the cabling infrastructure, which is crucial to ensure the cables are routed correctly. This step is essential because it guarantees that when we’re ready to install the equipment, everything is in place and ready for seamless connection. As the equipment is typically installed towards the end of the home refurbishment, meticulous planning and execution of the preparatory work are key to ensuring a smooth process.

With the systems fully installed, we moved on to the crucial step of sound calibration. This process involved using precision microphones to capture test tone data from various spots within each room. The collected measurements were then used to fine-tune the system, ensuring every note and detail was perfectly aligned for an unparalleled listening experience. After achieving optimal sound performance, we set up the control interface, allowing our clients to easily manage the Cinema System through a programmed Control4 handheld remote.

The moment our clients receive their new entertainment systems is truly special. It’s when they get to sit back and fully immerse themselves in the cinematic quality and high-end audio experience now available right in their own home. We take the time to guide them through every function of their systems, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable. Plus, we always provide ongoing support to address any questions or needs that arise after installation.
